Residential Efficiency Scorecard
for help with home upgrades
The Residential Efficiency Scorecard is a nationally recognised energy rating system for existing homes. It helps homeowners identify and prioritise larger efficiency upgrades such as insulation, heating, or air conditioning. We use the Scorecard software as an evidence-based framework to determine the best ways to keep your home comfortable and energy-efficient all year round.
If you need help deciding where to begin upgrading your home for efficiency or want to know which upgrades are the best bang for your buck, then Scorecard is a great option.
What’s covered?
The assessment covers the thermal shell of the house (insulation, draughts, shading, etc.) and major fixed appliances (heating/AC, hot water, pools/spas, etc.).
What will I receive?
Once you’ve had a detailed site visit from an accredited Scorecard assessor, you’ll receive a Scorecard star rating certificate for your home and a bespoke written report from your assessor. Additionally, you’ll receive an Energy Efficiency Guide packed with helpful information to assist you with carrying out upgrades.
What’s the cost?
The cost for most homes is $450*
All other residential assessment types can be bundled with the Residential Efficiency Scorecard for a discounted total.

Home Energy Assessment
for help with energy bills
Our Home Energy Assessments are designed to help you understand and manage your electricity and gas costs by identifying areas of high energy cost and offering tailored advice and solutions.
If you’re wondering why your energy bills are so high, how to cut back on bills without disrupting your daily routine, which appliances are costing you the most, or whether your current energy plan is the most suitable one for you, a Home Energy Assessment might be a good option.
What’s covered?
The assessment covers all your electricity and gas-consuming appliances, energy bills, and household habits.
What will I receive?
You’ll receive a detailed site visit from an experienced energy assessor and a bespoke written report from your assessor.
What’s the cost?
For most homes, a Home Energy Assessment is $200* as a standalone service or $100* when combined with any other residential assessment.”.

Solar Generation Assessment
for help with existing solar
Our Solar Generation Assessment can help you evaluate the performance of your existing renewable system and suggest solutions to get the most out of your system.
If you want to figure out the actual productivity of your solar system, if adding solar hasn’t lowered your bills as much as you expected, or if you’re considering whether adding a battery is worth the cost, then a Solar Generation Assessment might be a good option for you.
Please note: This assessment type is only available for homes with existing solar and/or battery systems and only in conjunction with a Home Energy Assessment for electrical appliances.
What’s covered?
This assessment covers solar system productivity, all electricity-consuming appliances, electricity bills, and your household habits.
What will I receive?
You will get a detailed site visit from an experienced energy assessor and a written report tailored to your needs.
What’s the cost?
Solar Generation Assessments are not available as a standalone service and must include a Home Energy Assessment.
For most homes, a Solar Generation Assessment + Home Energy Assessment package costs $350*. Or, combine this package with a Residential Efficiency Scorecard assessment for only $250*.”
Commercial Energy Audits
for small to medium businesses
Our energy advisory team is trained to conduct energy audits that comply with the Australian/New Zealand Standard 3598.1 – Energy Audits for Commercial Buildings.
Our service is designed to help small to medium businesses in the greater Adelaide area reduce their energy spending and minimise their carbon footprint. We use our knowledge and experience in the industry to provide guidance on upgrades and assist you in accessing state government subsidies and rebates.

We cover all energy-consuming items on your site, energy bills, and operations and energy management practices.
